A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A:Sample needs 1-6 days, mass production time is 5-30 days.
Q. Do you have any MOQ limit for Roller Blinds/Shades order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.

A: Rotate the gear disk on the left end of the spring system,it will adjust the torque of the spring so as to speed so as
to speed up or slow down the rollback speed.(speed up the rollback speed by rotate along the direction of +)
Q. How to change the stop height of the fabric?
A: Rotate the gear disk on the right end of the spring system,then you can make blinds stop as high as you want.(rise the stop height by rotate the gear along the direction of -)
Q. What if I pull dowm too much length that blinds can't rollback?
A: Pls rotate the gear disk on the left gear a clockwise circle and than do a extra pulling for resetting the blinds.
Q. Is it OK to put my logo on Blinds/Shades product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
